Tasting Notes

white dog (Unaged)

Tasted at 155 PF, from parrot mid run.

Nose

Very wheat forward, soft and subtle, inviting.

Body

Impressive. Complex. Corn is subdued. Honey bomb. Very sweet. The grains are playing nicely here with the softness and sweetness of the wheat adding a depth to white dog you normally don’t anticipate. Lingering sweet, malt finish. No dark cherry/fruit to speak of.

Finish

Long, sweet, and lingering. Unusually drinkable considering the proof.
