End Friday’s retreat with a night built for depth, flavor, and firsts. Held inside our rickhouse, this one-night-only dinner features a guided spirits tasting, a delicious Southern style meal, special event cocktail, and a the first pours of our next spirits release.

Join us Saturday, June 14 for a guided bourbon and chocolate tasting experience led by artisan chocolatier Chris Preece of Good Deeds Craft Chocolate. Each 30-minute session features a cocktail and three handcrafted chocolates, each paired with a select Casey Jones bourbon:
• Bourbon finished in Apricot Wine Cask
• Wheated Bourbon finished in Maple Syrup Cask
• Bourbon finished in Toasted Barrel Cask
Tastings offered at 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 14. Space is limited for each session. Pre-booking is highly encouraged.

Try one one of bourbon’s most exclusive rituals with a one-hour experience that puts you in the selector’s seat. For just $20, you’ll sample three single barrels—each hand-picked for character and complexity—inside our working rickhouse. Follow the same tasting process used by private groups, guided by our team and equipped with tasting notes to evaluate each barrel.
