Each bottle includes the option to bottle your own, May 25th from 9 AM to 6 PM CST at Casey Jones Distillery. No scheduling for bottling required.

Hands On bourbon
FILL
Fill your own bottle by hand on our gravity fed filling station. Ensure the level is accurate for 750ml.
Cork
Apply our CJ embossed cork bar top to your bottle on our hand operated cork press.
label
Make your way to our label feeding machine and peel your label from the printer’s roll. Apply your label carefully to your bottle.
Write
Write in the TTB required technicals for your bottle (ABV and Proof).
Seal
Apply a shrink wrap to seal your cork and run your bottle neck through our heat tunnel to secure the wrap.

Learn about the history of Casey Jones, the infamous still builder from the Land Between the Lakes. Distillery tours start at the top of each hour with the final tour starting at 6 PM. Tours are $10, and FREE for those under 21.
