Our recently announced $2M expansion will dramatically increase the production capabilities and capacity impacting local communities and establish Western Kentucky as a producer of authentic quality spirits. Phase II of the project revolves around the construction of a brand new 7000 square foot barrel storage rickhouse.

The all-new rickhouse is the first post-prohibition barrel storage facility in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The structure will reach 2 stories tall and hold 3000 barrels of award winning spirits on a series of barrel racks.

The building is critical to distillation operations as the primary facility for creating the distinct flavor and color of aged spirits. In addition to storage, the rickhouse will also become a new focal point for the distillery guest experience.
