Event Refund Policy: Tickets are not refundable; all sales are final. The event will be held rain or shine. If the event is cancelled or not held for any reason, ticket holders will be notified and will receive a credit towards a future event hosted by Casey Jones Distillery.

Cancellation Policy: Casey Jones Distillery reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason. In such cases, attendees will be notified via email or phone as soon as possible and may request credit for a future event held by Casey Jones Distillery. No refunds or credits will be issued if the event is cancelled or postponed due to the fault of the attendee, such as failure to comply with event rules or misconduct.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets may be transferred at will prior to check-in. Once a ticket is scanned for event attendance it is redeemed and is no longer transferable.

Admission Requirements: A valid ticket required for admission. Guests of all ages may attend; attendees must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government issued ID for consumption of alcohol.

Alcohol Consumption: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol at the event. Casey Jones Distillery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Event Regulations: No coolers, outside beverages, alcohol, or food can be brought into the venue. Weapons, illegal activities, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Guests must comply with all posted signage and instructions from event staff. Shoes, shirt, and family friendly appropriate attire required. Any guests not complying with event regulations will be escorted off of the property by security with no refund or credit available.

Release and Consent: By attending this event, you grant permission to Casey Jones Distillery to use your name, likeness, voice, and any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the event for promotional or advertising purposes. You acknowledge that Casey Jones Distillery may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes.

Privacy Policy: Casey Jones Distillery may collect personal information from you when you register for the event, purchase tickets, or participate in any related activities. This information may include your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Casey Jones Distillery will use this information to process your registration, send you event-related communications, and to contact you if necessary. Casey Jones Distillery will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction Clause: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Kentucky law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Christian County, Kentucky.

Event Force Majeure Clause: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, and natural disasters. In such cases, the affected party shall use reasonable efforts to notify the other party of the circumstances causing the delay or failure and to resume performance as soon as possible.

Indemnification Clause: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casey Jones Distillery and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from their breach of the terms and conditions or their negligence, including but not limited to injury or damage to property or persons. Attendees also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to alcohol consumption and smoking policies.

Disclaimer of Liability: By attending this event, you acknowledge and accept that the organizers and the craft distillery are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event. You agree to release and hold harmless the organizers and the craft distillery, its employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
