Our brand new Barrel Cuts have joined a long list of award winning authentic Kentucky spirits. Both Casey Jones Distillery Single Barrel Cut and Casey Jones Distillery Double Barrel Cut have received the Platinum distinction in the 2022 American Spirits Council of Tasters awards.

Created by spirits influencer and veteran tasting judge, Fred Minnick., the American Spirits Council of Taster (ASCOT) awards employ a rigorous blind judging process to determine the level of award.

Casey Jones Distillery Single Barrel Cut with Platinum Award Statuette

Judges provided specific tasting notes for both spirits regarding flavor, balance, and nose. Single Barrel Cut was noted for “Cracker jacks on the palate, there's a good balance here with a hint of strawberry, too. Delicious!” Double Barrel Cut was noted as “Aromas of honey lead to caramel macchiato on the palate spiked with chocolate and raisin. Nice balance, great flavors!”
