The bay itself is named after the abundant sugar maples that once lined its shores, offering sweetness to the early settlers who tapped them for syrup. Over time, the bay became a beloved spot for those seeking the quiet, serene refuge of its calm waters and dense woodlands.

Sunset at Sugar Bay captures this moment in a bottle. Just as the setting sun brings out the most vibrant, complex colors in the landscape, the finishing process in a red wine cask adds layers of flavor and character to the spirit.
