Casey Jones Distillery Announces “The Finish Line” – A Premium Three-Bottle Release Celebrating Innovation and Craft in the Heart of Bourbon Country

Hopkinsville, KY — April 15, 2025 — Casey Jones Distillery proudly unveils The Finish Line, a limited-edition spirits collection crafted in celebration of Kentucky Derby weekend. Rooted in Kentucky tradition yet racing boldly toward the future of whiskey, this three-bottle release showcases the distillery’s commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and the art of the finish.

Inspired by the pace, prestige, and celebration of the Derby, The Finish Line features three distinct expressions—each aged and finished with rare barrels that reflect the distillery’s creative spirit and reverence for heritage.

  • Amburana Finished Barrel Cut: A 50/50 blend of corn and cane spirits, finished in Brazilian Amburana wood for an exotic spice profile and deep oak character.

  • Apricot Wine Barrel Finished Bourbon: A fruit-forward bourbon layered with nuance and complexity—potentially the first of its kind in the category.

  • Maple Syrup Barrel Finished Wheated Bourbon: Made with heritage Bloody Butcher corn and finished in syrup-soaked casks for a soft, rounded sweetness.

Only 50 bottles of each expression are available for online preorder starting today at $89.99 per bottle. Enthusiasts who reserve the full collection receive $50 off their order. Bottles will begin shipping in late May. Preorders close May 4, 2025.
