This easy-to-make, easy-to-sip cocktail is refreshingly simple and cools off even the hottest summer day.


1.5 oz Casey Jones Casey’s Cut Moonshine
1.5 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz water
6–8 mint leaves
Additional mint and lemon slices for garnish


Instructions: Muddle fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh mint. Serve. Makes 1 serving.

Note: Simple syrup is made by combining equal parts sugar and boiling water.
